退黑激素复合保健品的纳米包覆

摘    要:采用纳米包覆的方法用环糊精将退黑激素包覆于其纳米级环状孔中,制成干粉,再与豆粕(或大豆)的提取物--大豆异黄酮复配,得到了一种具有重要生理功能保健品,讨论了环糊精的类型、用量及溶剂对包埋率的影响,并对其复合作用机理进行了初步分析。

Abstract:Melation was embedded in the annular nanoapertures of cyclodextrins,dried and floured,then compounded with soybean isoflavone which was distilled from soybean dreg or soybean to prepare a kind of composite nutriment which has important physiological activities,Effect of category and dosage of cyclodextrin and solvent on percent embedment was discussed,composite mechanism of the nutriment was also analysed.
