Analysis on Outsourcing Model of Venture Enterprise's High Growth:Taking Mengniu Groups for Example

There is little discussion about the effect of external resources on enterprise development in growth theory.In initial period Mengniu Group takes outsourcing strategy to integrate external competitive advantage with internal resources,which mutually support and supply to gain essential resources in management and expand living space and enforce the unique survival capacity further.With the increase difficulty in getting external resources and the threat from rapid environment,a venture enterprise should take outsourcing strategy to achieve a sustainable growth and enterprise vision.
