| 摘 要： | 利益相关者分析能够提供一个有效的分析框架。通过它,我们可以重新理解大学制度的本质。高等教育应用利益相关者分析框架主要体现在利益相关者与大学管理,利益相关者与社会责任,利益相关者与建立合作伙伴关系以及利益相关者与相互作用大学四个方面。具体的利益相关者包括大学的高级行政管理人员、大学教授、大学出资者、学生和政府。

| Abstract: | The analysis of the owners of owners of universities and colleges can provide an effective framework for us to fresh our understanding of the essence of university system. The application of the framework for analyzing the mainly focuses on such four aspects as the relation between the owners and university management, the relation between the owners and social responsibility, the partnership relation among the owners and the interaction of university models. Concrete owners include senior administrators, professors, sponsors, students and government. |
