| 摘 要： | 为了适应21世纪图书馆新的工作环境，图书馆员的继续教育已刻不容缓。本文对图书馆员继续教育的必要性、我国图书馆员继续教育目前存在的问题及原因进行了论述，提出了我国图书馆员继续教育的措施及内容。
