试论蹦床训练中自我保护概念的建立

蹦床运动在我国成为一个独立的竞赛项目， 开展只有一年多的时间， 有很多训练方面的课题值得研究解决， 而安全训练则是需要解决的首要问题。笔者从教练员和运动员两方面出发， 重新认识自我保护的概念范畴，探讨自我保护概念建立的重要环节与途径。试图为蹦床的训练安全提供一定的理论依据和方法途径。

Setup Concept of Self-Protection in Trampoline Training

Trampoline, a independent competition event, has being carried out only for over a year in our country ,there are many training respects which need to be researched ,especially in training safety. In order to provide theory basis and motheds for training safety, authors recognize the concept of self-protection again, and discuss the important links and methods which set up the concept of self - protection in trampoline.
