| 摘 要： | 加强实验室文化建设是提高实验教学质量、提升科研实验水平、服务高校人才培养的必然要求。从高校实验室文化建设的理性入手,通过对实验室文化建设的内容、功能的分析,从学习文化、协作文化、创新文化等角度对实验室文化建设进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | It is necessary to strengthen laboratory cultural construction with the development of experimental teaching,experimental level and talent training in colleges and universities.This article,in which the rational appealing is summarized,analyses the contents and functions of laboratory cultural construction.At the same time,the learning culture,collaborative culture and culture of innovation are discussed. |
