| 摘 要： | 我国目前的地方高师教育 ,总体上尚难以“面向世界” ,诸多突出的薄弱环节 ,正面临着知识经济的严峻挑战。教师要积极改变自己的教风 ,由接授教育观向自主教育观转变。地方高师教育必须适应 2 1世纪知识经济发展的需要 ,培养和造就出一批批基础厚、知识宽、专业新、素质好、能力强的创新人才。

| Abstract: | Many weak links in local teachers colleges' eduation of China make it difficult for these colleges to meet the severe challenge of knowledge economy.Teachers of these colleges should change their education outlook from passive-acceptance education to self-determination education.To meet the demand of the development of the 21st century's knowledge economy,local teachers colleges must try their best to bring up large numbers of talented persons who have a solid professional foundation,a wide range of knowledge,excellent qualities and strong abilities. |
