| 摘 要： | 近代与古代的认识哲学是任借两种不同的思维方式和价值取向建构起来的，处处显示了差别和对策，本文以认识器官的更迭，认识对象的转变，认识方法的变化和认识宗旨的差异为切入点，分析了中国的认识哲学从古代的道德论向近代的知识论的转型，为深入理解中国近代哲学的变革提供有力支撑。

| Abstract: | Founded on two different modes of thinking and value, the modern and ancient philosophy of knowledge show the differences and opposites in many places . This article has analysed the change of the Chinese theory of knowledge from the ancient moral theory into modern theory of knowledge, thus providing support for understanding the changes in modern philosophy in China. |
