| Abstract: | The characteristics and effects of dialogue between teachers and children are introduced.It is clarified that in the dialogue between teachers and children,kindergarten teachers are required to learn to listen,react and understand.It is pointed out that in the dialogue,the role of kindergarten teachers should be equal participators,qualified instructors and active promoters. |
