| 摘 要： | 农业科技支撑是西安农业突破资源禀赋、提升自身实力、实现农村稳定和农民增收的必由之路。建立有效的农业支撑体系必须加快建立现代农业研究开发体系,加强现代农业科技推广和服务体系建设,建立和完善农民教育培训体系以及建立政府主导、社会参与的多元化农业科技投入体系。
