| 摘 要： | 流媒体技术被称为即时观看的技术,与传统的平面媒体相比具有生动性、形象性;与传统多媒体技术相比,它在传送速率、实时控制、存储空间、用户交互性、媒体服务质量等各方面均有所进步,它不仅促进了电视教育的发展,而且对构建现代远程教育系统起到推动的作用。
