论高校人力资源的优化配置

摘    要:社会资源的配置有两种基本类型,一是物质资源的配置,二是人力资源的配置。无论是物质资源的配置,还是人力资源的配置,都是质和量的统一。从质和量相统一的角度来分析人力资源的空间配置,目的在于揭示高校人力资源空间配置中存在的问题,寻找解决这些问题的对策,从而实现高校人力资源的优化配置——能岗配置,和建立互助互补的人际关系环境,推进高校教学管理体制的改革。

Abstract:Allocation of material resources and human resources are two basic types of allocation of social resource with the combination of quality and quantity.The quantitative and qualitative analysis of the allocation of human resources aims at uncovering of the problems and looking for measures so that the optimized allocation of human resources could be reached,that is,to allocate the human resources according to the ability for positions and the establishment of a new human relationship environment,which would advance the reform of management system in universities.
