Abstract:In the teaching of physical culture, students' emotion has a great influence on teaching effect. The principle of adjusting students' emotion in the teaching of physical culture is to adopt advantages and avoid disadvantages .The commonly-used methods follow as: adjustment of influence, establishment of questions to arouse curiosities so as to maintain positive and sound emotion, elimination of tense emotion, overcoming of inferiority in emotion, indifference to hostility or oppostion and so on.
