| 摘 要： | 在学习化社会到来之际,高等院校应具备"超市"的功能,一方面,它可以提供社会及用人单位"购买"的各类型、各种规格的人才;另一方面,积极创建适应学生个性发展的专业,提供宽松、弹性、丰富的教育环境,提供学生所要"购买"的各类型知识.此外,以市场为导向发展非学历教育,建设学习化社会人才培训基地.

| Abstract: | The higher vocational technical school should have the function of "supermarket"before the coming of learning society.For one thing,it can provide all kinds of,all specifications of talents "bought"by the society and the employers;for another,it should take vigorous action to establish specialties that suit for the development of the students' personality,provide comfortable,flexible and colorful educational environment,and provide all kinds of knowledge that the students want to "buy".Moreover,it should develop non-schooling education and bulid talents training base in learning society under the guidance of market. |
