丹东市专业技术人才岗位管理工作，经多年努力，现已日趋规范和科学。但目前存在着政策滞后、系列不全等问题，为此，我们要适应形势发展，强化制度建设，实行科学管理。

Investigation and thinking on the administration and usage of technical posts in institutions of Dandong City

Through effort of many years, the management of teachical opsts in Dandong Cty is being standardized and scientific,but problems of lagged policy and insufficient sets still exists. We should enforce the construction of Principles, be strict with the rules for post usage,and make the managernent adapt to the social development.
