| 摘 要： | 自1998年以来农村社会养老保险参保人数呈逐年下降的趋势。究其原因,主要是筹资模式不适应农村情况的发展,难以吸引农民参加个人储蓄式的养老保险,使农村社会养老保险陷入停顿状态。文章在分析农村社会养老保险筹资方面存在问题的基础上,提出了筹资模式的新设想。

| Abstract: | There is a degressive trend of people number joining the rural social pension insurance year after year since 1998.As is investigated,the main reason is that the mode of raising funds is not fit the developing circumstances of countryside.It is difficult to attract the peasant to join the pension insurance with the mode of individual deposit.The rural social pension insurance is getting into pausal state.The new mode of raising funds is conceived on the base of analyzing the questions of raising funds. |
