气浮轴承安装支架的设计与分析

摘    要:在超精密气浮定位平台研究工作中,气浮轴承是基本单元,导轨滑架与气浮轴承的连接采用自准式定位结构,并且闭式导轨中辅助支撑一侧的气浮轴承安装支架串联蝶形弹簧,起到了间隙补偿的作用,有效的补偿了由于温度变化,加工、安装误差造成的气膜间隙变化,降低了加工要求,提高了导轨的性能。

Abstract:In the ultra-precision aerostatic positioning stage research,aerostatic guideways with air bearing flotation rail unit,both sides of the air bearing guideways carriage have the auto collimator positioning connection structure,and one side of the air bearing mounting bracket with series butterfly spring,played the role of gas film gap compensation,compensating the gas film gap changes caused by temperature changes,processing,installation errors,reducing the processing requirements,improving the rail properties.
