| 摘 要： | 业主公约是物业管理中普遍存在的一种规范性文件。业主公约的法律性质应定位为社会化契约。它是一种基于合作而产生的自治规范,借助管理团体的力量,使传统的私人领域向公共领域拓展,构成公共的私人领域——社区。
