| Abstract: | The construction of socialistic political civilization is beneficial to the broadening of political civilization and advancing of democratic politics. The degree of political participation also influences the construction of socialistic civilization and development of democratic politics. The broadening of political participation and democratization of political life is one of the important objectives of political development. Safeguard to the wide-scope political participation of citizens is the internal necessity of socialistic political civilization. |
