| 摘 要： | 根据问卷和个案访谈进行预备性调查，欲探明当前我国西部地区初中教师职业压力与教师个人背景是否关联，调查结果表明：影响西部初中教师职业压力的六个因素与教师个人背景总体并无明显差异，但在职业压力的某些方面有着显著差异。

| Abstract: | The study starts with the pretest-survey according to the questionnaire and personal investigation from the fact of western. This paper is mainly to analyze the main factors of the teachers' stress in western China,according to the questionnaire and its result,the stresses of Junior School teachers included six factors.And the background of a person and the professional stress in some aspects have some notable differences. |
