| 摘 要： | 中国经济是典型的二元经济，西部地区科学技术与东南沿海地区和内地存在着明显的差距。加速西部地区的开发，科学技术是关键。科学技术从沿海、内地西部地区转移也就成了必然。由于历史和自然的原因，目前科学技术在向西部转移过程中还存在着诸多问题。本文试图对这些问题进行分析并找出解决问题的途径。

This article deals with the possible problems existing in the process of scientific diverting. |
