我国县级国土资源管理部门专业人才需求研究

县级国土资源管理部门作为我国国土资源管理的主体,一直面临着人才短缺的问题。本文通过实地调查、参观、座谈、问卷、电话访问等形式,系统分析了我国县级国土资源管理部门人员构成现状,并针对该级国土部门普遍存在着人员队伍年龄老化、专业技术人员比例低、在职培训少、知识更新速度较慢等问题,提出我国高校的土地资源管理本科专业应以这些部门的工作需求为指导,突出学生计算机、测绘技术、法律、管理等方面知识的培训,同时建议国家提供相关的政策支持,鼓励大学生到一线工作,逐步改善我国县级土地资源管理部门人才缺口问题。

Requirements Analysis of the Professional Talents for the Land Resources Management Branches in County Level
