摘    要:教师的缄默知识对课堂教学的影响具有两极性,既对课堂教学具有积极的作用,也可能给课堂教学带来负面影响。教师只有认清了自身的缄默知识对课堂教学的制约所在,才能理性地开展教学活动。

Abstract:The influence of Teacher's tacit knowledge to the classroom teaching has two poles.One side,it can be positive influence to the classroom teaching,on the other side,it may have reverse influence.This thesis attempt to analyze the reverse influence of teacher's tacit knowledge,help teachers distinguish the restrict of the tacit knowledge and teaching in reason.
