| Abstract: | At present,it is necessary and urgent to ensure the stability and security because of rapid information,material and population increase.So,in order to do well in the work of safeguard in universities,it is necessary to improve ideological understanding on the safeguard work,master some necessary knowledge of safety precautions,set up,improve and pefect management system and regulation,adopt systematic project principle and measures. |
