| 摘 要： | 通过对我国当前职业技术教育体系存在的"断层(层次不完整)"、"重复(中高职衔接不到位)"、"次第(生源质量差、社会地位低等)"等问题,提出探索建立"一体两翼"现代职业教育新体系,使职业教育能"适应经济发展方式转变和产业结构调整要求,体现终身教育理念",并实现"中等职业教育和高等职业教育协调发展"。

| Abstract: | Currently, vocational and technical education system has many problems, such as ＂fault＂ （incomplete layers）, ＂repetition＂ （ secondary vocational schools and higher vocational colleges do not connect well） and ＂inferiority＂ （ poor student pool and low social status）. Aiming at these problems, this paper proposes to establish a modem vocational education system of ＂one body with two wings＂, so that it can adapt requirements of transformation of economic development mode and industrial structure adjustment, reflect life-long education ideal and realize the ＂harmonious develop.ment of secondary vocational education and higher vocational education＂. |
