| 摘 要： | 依照党员发展“控制总量、优化结构、提高质量、发挥作用”的十六字方针,电力系党总支采用“1234567”学生党员发展模式,即“一校两支部三平台四访五定六谈七把关”,加强了对学生党员的教育与管理。
