论自媒体下辅导员对学生社会主义核心价值观的培育

通过对自媒体时代盛行带来的对高校辅导员工作的碰撞分析入手,提出高校辅导员传统工作方式"信息获取慢"和自媒体时代下高校学生"信息获取快"的对比、高校辅导员传播主流价值观和自媒体环境给高校学生带来多元非主流价值观的对比;并通过此两个对比,提出在自媒体盛行的时代如何使高校辅导员发挥培育高校学生社会主义核心价值观的作用,实现高校辅导员地位和作用的最大发挥,助力大学生素质的整体提升和社会主义核心价值观深入人心。

The Training of the Students' Socialist Core Values by College Counselors under We-media

Though analyses of the collision between the prevalence of We-media and the work of college counselors, two contrasts come. One is the contrast between the ＂slow acquisition of messages＂ in college counselors＇ traditional working styles and ＂fast acquisition of messages＂ in college students under We-media. The other is the contrast between the spreading of mainstream values by college counselors and various non-mainstream values by college students under We-media. The paper proposed the measures to exert the education of Socialist Core Values among college students by college counselors under the prevalence of We-media, in order to make the most use of the college counselors and to make contribution to the college students＇ growth and to let Students＇ Socialist Core Values become more popular.
