| 摘 要： | 物业管理作为一种特殊服务具有商品的性质,但实际上物业公司与业主或物业使用者之间的关系不只是服务的买卖那么简单。本文从委托—代理关系的角度来探讨二者之间的关系,阐明了委托代理视角下的物业服务合同的特点,最后给出了改善物业管理的策略和建议。

| Abstract: | The property management takes one kind of special service commodity,but in fact the relation between the property company and the owner or the property users is not as simple as serving bussiness.This article discusses two relations and characteristic of property service contract from the angle property request-proxy,finally producs the improvement property management strategy and suggestion. |
