| 摘 要： | WTO作为主要约束政府贸易服务政策行为的国际公约，必将对我国教育体制的创新提出新的挑战、提供新的发展机遇。针对WTO的有关规定，我国教育体制应该在以下几个方面进行改革和创新：将教育体制改革融入教育国际化进程之中；教育管理体制的自我创新；以法律的形式确立办学主体的多元性。

| Abstract: | As a major international treaty to restrain government's policies to serve its trading, WTO will offer a new competition as well as an opportunity to the reform of our educational system. In view of the rules of WTO, the following reforms and innovations should be carried out in our educational system: combining the reform of the educational system with the internationalization of education; self-innovation of the educational management system; ensuring a multi-system in running schools in legislation. |
