| 摘 要： | 以宁夏大学农业科技管理为例，通过对宁夏大学农业科技发展现状的分析，针对制约创新发展过程中存在的问题，提出一些新建议和对策，以期达到推动高等农业院校科技管理体制和机制的创新，更好地为地方经济及社会主义新农村建设提供强有力的支撑。

| Abstract: | Take the science and technology management of Ninxia university as an example, this paper analyses its development actuality, then gives some suggestion and countermeasure aimming at the existent problems in the innovating process, expecting to promote the innovation of the scientific and technological management systems in agricultural universities so as to support the development of local economy and the construction of new socialist countryside. |
