摘    要:运用有关研究方法,通过对新生入校调查,探析了困扰体育教学的问题,提出以优化教学环境、挖掘大学新生素质潜力和提高体育教学质量作为突破口,对教学方法大胆改革与创新,提出动态式弹性“分档浮动”教学方法,并将这种教学方法和激励机制引入体育教学的全过程,实验研究结果表明:在实验组与对照组之间存在显著性差异。

Abstract:Through an investigation on the newly enrolled students, this paper analyses the negative factors influencing college physical education and suggests that bold reforms and innovations of teaching methods are required to improve teaching environment, to exploit college freshmen's capability potential and to improve PE teaching quality. A new teaching method, the dynamic flexible "Classified Floating Method", is put forward and introduced into the wbole procedure of physical education. An relative experiment shows there exist distinct differences between the experimental groups and comparative groups.
