| 摘 要： | 广播电视大学在实施素质教育过程中,摈弃“应试教育”的影响,结合自身远程开放优势,加快人才培养模式创新,包括课程结构模式、教与学的模式、质量评估模式。同时,应加强媒体资源和现代化建设;加强人才质量效果分析;建设一支适应创新人才培养的师资队伍。

| Abstract: | When TV university is adopting the quality education , it should discard the dross of test education", exercise its own advantages and bring forth new talent- training models, which include course structure model, teaching and leaming model, assessment model. Meanwhile, great importance should attached to the construction of media resource and modernization, talent quality analysis, construction of teaching group. |
