| Abstract: | This paper proposes that we should consummate the ecology protection system,grasps three big balances,effectively disposes the water resources,vigorously develops the circulation economy,establishes all levels of each kind of ecology model district,improves the ecological environment monitor network system,constructs the ecology risk early warning and the guard technical platform and improves the ecological environment of Xinjiang. |
