浅谈高职院校二级院系考试管理系统的改革——以黎明职业大学机电工程系为例

高职院校需要实用的科学化管理系统来规范学校的教学管理工作。传统的考试管理方式不仅刻板、费时、工作量大,而且容易出错。考试管理系统的改革不需要额外的费用,人员培训过程简单,容易掌握,加上近年由于科技不断创新,高速度大容量的电脑已在许多学校的日常工作中得到普及,因此,创建科学、合理的考试管理系统在经济和技术方面都具有可行性。以黎明职业大学机电工程系为例,提出改进二级院系考试管理系统的方法。改进后的系统能对二级院系的学生和成绩做统一管理并自动生成考试安排表,可实现教学管理的规范化、系统化和科学化,大大提高二级院系教学秘书的工作效益,优化资源,从而提高高校的管理水平。
