| 摘 要： | 社区教育是对社区内居民进行继续教育和学习的一种方式.通过对西方社会中相对成熟的美国、英国社区教育理念、管理模式、实施组织、资源配置以及内容设置等形式进行重点分析,并对国外社区教育发展模式进行相关探讨,阐述英美两国社区教育的发展状况,借鉴其优点,以期对我国社区教育发展提供启示.
