| Abstract: | In view of the problems exposed in the individual income tax declaration process such as the tax-payer good faith consciousness is lacking, active consciousness is not strong, legal consciousness is weak, the system is imperfect, and so on, which directly affect the collection of the individual income tax. The author put forward the countermeasures from four aspects. |
