| 摘 要： | 对大学生就业现状,以及大学生结构性就业矛盾与大学生就业难并存等问题进行总体论述;着重从大学生自身方面寻找就业难的原因。针对大学生自身因素,如:个人择业期望值较高、个人职业生涯规划不够科学、个人定位不够明确以及个人就业心态未转变这几个方面,寻找解决就业难的对策。

| Abstract: | In view of the difficult situation of college students＇ employment,this paper analyzes their self-factors which result in their unemployment,such as high personal expectations,unscientific career planning,indefinite positioning and unchanged attitude of individual employment.It also proposes some countermeasures to solve the problem. |
