| 摘 要： | 文章从管理视角出发,将一个科研机构或图书馆的电子信息资源看作生命有机体,跟踪机构电子信息资源采购和利用的具体流程,指出机构的电子信息资源呈现螺旋型的生命周期,并以此生命周期模型为基础,探讨了从整体和局部两个视角、以生命周期的全过程为控制范围、结合静态与动态的评价思想来建立电子信息资源评价机制的思路。
