论教师发展文化场及其构成

摘    要:文化场是指特定的时空中各文化元素之间相互作用所形成的一个综合场,它是一个有向心力的、动态的、有机的系统。教师发展文化场是文化场的一个组成部分,是由文化各要素所构成的一个意义的网络。该网络由层层递进的文化圈所构成,它依某一地区或者某一种文化为中心,向外扩散,形成整个文化场的不同“次场”。教师发展文化场的构成可从空间的叠置性、时间的连贯性以及民族文化的种类三种角度进行审视。教师发展文化场具有整体性、动态性和跨文化性。从文化场视角分析教师发展,有助于更进一步把握教师发展过程中与文化环境之间的动态历程。

Abstract:Cultural field is a comprehensive field formed through the interaction between different cultural elements in certain temporal and spatial ranges. It is a dynamic system. And the teacher development cultural field is part of cultural field, and a meaning network consisting of cultural elements. It is composed of different levels of cultural circles with certain area or certain culture as the center, forming different subfields. It can be examined from the three perspectives of spatial overlapping, temporal cohesion, and national cultural types. The teacher development cultural field is integrated, dynamic and cross-cultural. A study of teacher development from the angle of cultural field helps to understand the dynamic interaction between teacher development and cultural environment.
