| 摘 要： | 高职院校的专业群建设是面向职业岗位、以专业建设为核心的资源整合活动。专业群经理需具有本行业领先地位的技术水平，一定的领导素质、学者风范和专业协调能力。专业群建设的一项重要任务是建设开放共享的实训基地，实现实训基地企业化管理，开展企业与专业链接建设。
