摘    要:高校毕业生数量年年攀升,历史教育长线专业面临着不容乐观的就业形势,为使“出口”通畅,实现毕业生顺利就业的目标,优化课堂理论教学,提升专业技能,切实担负起提升毕业生职业意识、职业技能的任务,让即将走出校门的毕业生,在校期间形成的教学技能,与中学的教学岗位所需求的教学技能,实现“无缝对接”。

Abstract:The university graduates quantity climbs year after year,thehistorical education long-line specialized is facing the employment situation,In order to cause "the exportation" to be unobstructed,achieves goalwhich the graduate smoothly gets employed,optimized classroomtheoretical teaching,promotion specialized skill,Practically shoulders promotes the graduate craft consciousness,theprofessional skill duty,lets graduate which soon goes out the schoolgate,With middle school's teaching post demand teaching skill,realization"seamless docking".
