| 摘 要： | 本文从政治文明、小康社会的政治文明、社会主义政治文明的概念入手,阐述了建设社会主义政治文明的主要内容、本质和实现途径,并从三个方面论述了社会主义政治文明的提出对中国特色社会主义现代化建设的重要意义。

| Abstract: | Viewed from the concept of political civolisation, political civilization in well-to-do society and socialist political civilistion, this paper elaborates the main content, natute and way of complete-ment of constructing the socialist political civilization, and from three aspects expounds the significance of the socialist political civilization's putting forueard to our socialist modernization. |
