| 摘 要： | 技术创新网络内企业的合作行为受到合作动机与相互依赖关系的影响.在对相关文献梳理的基础上,构建了网络内企业间依赖、合作动机与企业合作行为的关系路径,对其进行了实证检验.结果表明,企业间联合依赖与不对称依赖直接影响企业合作行为的选择,同时也通过合作动机影响合作行为.

| Abstract: | The behavior of the enterprise is influenced by the interdependence between the enterprises.On the basis of the related literature,the relation paths of the inter-organizational interdependence of the network,the motive for cooperation and the cooperative behavior was constructed,and a empirical test was carried on.The results show that the joint dependence and the dependence asymmetry influenced the choice of enterprise cooperative behavior directly,as well as influenced enterprise cooperative behavior by ... |
