芹菜挥发性成分的GC/MS分析

摘    要:采用水蒸气蒸馏的方法分别从芹菜茎和芹菜叶中提取挥发性成分,利用GC/MS方法鉴定挥发油中的化学成分,从芹菜叶中鉴定了19种成分,从芹菜茎中鉴定了12种成分,并且比较了它们之间的差异.

Abstract:Steam distillation method was applied to extract respectively the volatile oil in celery stem and leaf.The volatile compounds were identified by GC/MS.19 compounds were identified in celery leaf and 12 in celery stem.The differences between celery stem and leaf were discussed.
