高职院校国际合作模式的研究

我国加入WTO后教育服务贸易平台上的适度开放和《中外合作办学条例》的颁布与实施,推动了中外合作办学的更快发展。为实现我国高等职业教育站在全球人才发展战略的高度培养国际型高技能人才的目标,我国各高职院校根据各自情况,发挥特色和专长,采取了董事会、委员会、联办、聘任、培训、设立奖学金、学术交流、远程教育等多种合作模式。在合作办学过程中,树立国际合作新思路,有针对性地选择合作伙伴,建立和完善必要的管理机制,成为实施合作基本模式的必要保障。
