大跨度车站雨棚铸钢节点的有限元分析

摘    要:介绍了车站雨棚铸钢节点的分布和结构,分析了国内外铸钢节点的选材,通过节点模型的建立、材料属性的设置、网格划分、约束和不利工况下载荷的设置,运用有限元方法,对雨棚的典型铸钢节点进行了应力应变分析,得到应力应变云图和载荷分布规律。分析结果表明:在不利工况下,雨棚的铸钢节点应力小于铸钢材料的屈服强度要求,节点设计安全可靠,为节点的制造以及进一步的研究提供一些基础的依据。

Finite Element Analysis on Cast Steel Node in the Large-span Canopy of Station

Abstract:The distribution and structure of cast steel nodes in the canopy of station are introduced and material selection for steel nodes in domestic and foreign are analyzed in this paper. Based on the establishment of two typical node models, the setting of the material properties, the meshing of the models, and the setting of constraints and loads in unfavorable conditions, the nodes of canopy are analyzed by the finite element method and the stress-strain diagrams and load distribution are got. The results showed that the stress of cast node are smaller than the yield stress of material strength requirements of the canopy steel even in adverse conditions, the cast steel nodes designed are safe and reliable, so as to provide some basic references for the manufacture of steel nodes and further research.
