摘    要:介电高弹聚合物力电转换器在工作中常受断裂、失拉、电击穿和力电失稳等失效行为的影响而失去工作能力。为了保障介电高弹聚合物力电转换器正常工作,论文对单轴限制下的介电高弹聚合物力电转换器的失效行为进行了研究,分析预拉伸对介电高弹聚合物薄膜力学性能以及允许工作区域的影响。结果表明:预拉伸可以提高薄膜的允许工作区域和机电稳定性能。研究工作可用于预测薄膜的最大允许工作区域,有利于保障转换器的安全工作。

Abstract:Influenced by various failure behaviors such as crack, loss of stress, electric breakdown, and instability, a dielectric elastomer transducer may lead to failure. In order to ensure the normal operation of the dielectric elastomer transducer, the failure behaviors of the dielectric elastomer transducer under uniaxial constraint is analyzed, and how the prestretch ratio of a dielectric elastomer membrane affect the mechanical property and failure of the transducer are also explored in this paper. The research results show that the prestrecth ratio can increase the stability of the transducer, which can be used to predict the stability of the transducer and guarantee its safe working.
