摘    要:高职学生以市场、职业、技术为坐标,行业、企业用人标准为导向,知识、能力、素质为基本结构的职业生涯规划,推动知识与能力互为反馈,逻辑关联的学习行为养成与发展。因此,职业核心能力培养应遵循学生可持续发展内在轨迹,立足职业导向,在能力为本、行为导向、学生主体、项目教学、理实一体原则下,通过第一课堂、第二课堂的效用、融通和结合,帮助学生最大化地实现职业发展目标。

Abstract:Professional career planning of higher vocational college students should be based on market, career and skills, guided by employment standard of industries and enterprises and basically structured by knowledge, compe- tence and quality, which promotes the feedback between knowledge and competence as well as the cultivation and de- velopment of logically related learning behaviors. Therefore, the cultivation of core professional competence needs to abide by the internal rule of students' sustainable development, oriented careers, and help students maximize their goals of career development through the utility and combination of the first and the second classes under the principles of putting competence first, being behavior-oriented, setting students as main body, adopting project-based teaching and combining theory and practice.
