高校档案工作的整体把握

在高等教育大众化、现代化和国际化的进程中,高校档案工作的内涵日益深化,外延不断拓展,影响因子逐渐增多,关联度逐渐增加。高校提升档案工作科学化水平,必须运用整体把握的思维方式,具备战略的眼光、系统的眼光和辩证的眼光。总体思路包括：在更新陈旧观念中审视档案独特地位、在遵循基本规律中实现档案应然价值、在协调多对关系中提升档案工作水平、在深度开发利用中增强档案服务能力、在理顺管理体制中推动档案事业发展。

An Overall Control of Archives Work in Universities

In the process of popularization, modernization and internationalization of higher education, the connotation of university archives is increasingly deepening, the denotation is constantly extending, the number of impact factors is gradually increasing and they are more relevant. To enhance the scientific level of university archives work in the new period, it is necessary to employ the way of thinking of overall grasp and have a strategic, systematic and dialectic vision. This paper presents the general ideas of how to make an overall control of university archives work, that is, to review the unique status of archives in the changing of stereotypes; to realize the supposed value of archives in the following of basic laws, to enhance the level of archives work in the coordination of multiple pairs of relations ; to enhance the service ability in the in-depth development and utilization of archives work and to promote the development of archives in the rationalizing of management system.
