中等职业教育实施创业教育的模式探索

中等职业教育实施创业教育必须面向全体学生,注重分层指导,以创业意识、创业心理品质培养为先导,以创业关键能力尤其是创新能力培养为重点,全面提高学生的创业素质,为学生的未来创业奠定坚实的基础.必须通过构建立体化的课程体系、建立一支创业型教师队伍和尽快完善创业教育的评价体系等措施,提高创业教育的实效.

Exploration of the Pattern of Implementing Enterprise Education in Secondary Vocational Education

In order to implement enterprise education in secondary vocational education we should face all the whole students, emphasize to guide them in different level, take the training of enterprise sense and mental quality as the guide, the training of core ability of enterprise, especially the innovative ability as the key point so as to improve students' enterprise quality and lay solid foundation for students' future. We also should adopt proper measures including constructing stereoscopic curriculum system, establishing teaching staff with strong enterprise ability and perfecting the evaluation sysem to improve the actual effect of enterprise education.
